Atkins Diet for Weight loss

Atkins Diet Meal Plan designed in 4 different phases, the aim of the atkin diet is to gradually reduce carbohydrate intake and increase protein diet in different phases. The Atkin diet plan does not include exercise. But there are also some restrictions with which it is mandatory to follow.

In the  first phase you have to take 12 to 15 grams of carbohydrate per day. During this time you can eat fruits in the morning breakfast, and high protein diet  Eat a plate salad with chicken roasted in lunch. In Atkins Diet Plan, you can increase the amount of your regular carbohydrates by 25 grams per day. You can get loss  weight after two weeks. In the second phase, i.e. After two weeks, in the breakfast can eat green leaf and vegetables with two eggs or milk. At lunch, you can eat salads, chopped eggs or roasted burgers with paneer, cauliflower or bacon. At dinner, you can take a vegetable with meat, it contains less carbohydrate content, can eat pumpkin seeds, fruits and paneer pieces in snacks.

In its third phase, you can gradually increase the amount of carbohydrate that is already included in your diet. During this time, you lose weight even when you add 10 grams of carbohydrate to your diet each week. In the third phase of the Atkins Diet Plan you can eat a thin bread with a sugar-free syrup in the breakfast. At the lunch, a chicken can also eat tuna with fish, besides soup, salad and fruits also in the lunch room. Eat fish, pasta with whole wheat flour or brown rice. In the third phase, snacks can eat dried fruits, fruits, boiled eggs.

Its fourth phase, i.e. the last step is to follow the lifetime, hence this phase is called as Lifetime Maintenance. By this stage, you determine which diet you like most. Each of its diet contains 10 to 20 grams of carbohydrate, so you can easily choose your diet.


At this stage breakfast, lunch and dinner you can add a diet according to your own. Your weight can not increase again due to eating a certain quantity of egg, meat, cheese and pasta.
